Individual game credential requests should be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event.
Media credentials are issued by Kansas Athletics for the purpose of providing access to an accredited individual who has a specific assignment from a legitimate media agency or has been assigned from a legitimate media agency or has been assigned a specific game service in connection with the University of Kansas. Any unauthorized use of this credential subjects the bearer to ejection from Kansas Athletics facilities.
Television stations, networks or cable systems are prohibited from making taped accounts of the game available to any other organization without advance written permission from Kansas Athletics. Radio and television stations that have not received permission from the Kansas Athletics Communications Office may not carry any live description of game action while it is in progress. Stations are limited to three minutes of highlights per news show. NCAA bylaw prohibits media from the bench area. All floor personnel (i.e. photographers) are required to stay in the designated photo box area and are subject to Kansas Athletics media policies.
Acceptance of this credential constitutes agreement by the bearer and his or her organization to abide by the foregoing conditions:
- For photographers, by positioning myself on the floor, I acknowledge the potential for injury and will voluntarily assume all such risks and hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the University of Kansas, Kansas Athletics, the state of Kansas and its Board of Regents, servants and employees, against all claims for injury or damage to my person or property, including attorneys' fees.
- Credential is not transferable and identification must be provided upon request.
- Credential admits to designated area only.
- This is a working pass. Spouse, friends, children and other non-workers are not allowed use of this credential and will be ejected from Kansas Athletics facilities.
- Kansas Athletics reserves the right to retract credentials at any time.
- This credential does not guarantee a Press Row seat.
- No online service will be allowed real time transmission of any live University of Kansas athletic event without permission from the Communications Office.
- Children (age 16 and younger) are not allowed in the working areas of the press box, sideline or bench areas.
