The request form below must be filled out completely for all individuals requesting a yearlong credential for Kentucky Athletics' home varsity athletic events, including Rupp Arena, Olympic Sports, and External Events. If you are requesting media credentials, please contact Evan Crane.

As this is only a request form, please remember that the credentials issued may differ in access level than requested. Should the Operations Department need more information pertaining to your request, we will reach out.

Credentials will be issued to working staff and authorized personnel only. The credential is only valid for the individual it has been assigned to and is not transferable. Credential access (even following issuance of the pass) is subject to any new SEC Policy for the 2025-2026 athletic season and can be revoked at any time.

UK Athletics will utilize mobile parking for the vast majority of working staff for permitted lots. Mobile permits will be sent to the email address listed on the request form. Please ensure you are listing the email address tied to your staff members Ticketmaster account, if applicable. If the requestor requires more than one mobile permit that will not be tied to a person, please reflect that in your quantity. Physical permits will be utilized in special instances for lots not permitted through Ticket Master (i.e. C16, Chevy Park, Drop Off Vans, etc.)
