Whether you’re a DIY artist who just needs to know where to be each day, or part of a major touring production looking for every detail, we have a package that fits your needs. PDF & Printed options available.
STANDARD ITINERARIES
- All-in-one package price
- Provide your information using our supplied Excel or Google Sheet, and we’ll format it into our standard itinerary template (see sample above).
- This is our most budget-friendly option, with limited flexibility for custom design or data structure.
SEMI-CUSTOM ITINERARIES
- Build on our standard itinerary templates with layout and data adjustments tailored to your tour.
- You can either provide completed data, or have Cube handle data entry for you.
- Priced as the package base, plus fees for template customization.
CUSTOM ITINERARIES
- Completely custom itinerary layouts, built to your specifications.
- Data entry can be handled in-house by Cube, or completed by the client and submitted for layout and production.
- Projects are custom-quoted based on scope and complexity.
STANDARD: After reviewing your needs, we’ll provide the tools to enter all necessary data for your itinerary. Our itinerary specialists will organize the information using our standard template and send you a proof for final approval. If you prefer, our data specialists can handle the entry for you for an additional fee.
SEMI-CUSTOM: Our standard templates include a wide range of options, but if you need additional features, our itinerary specialists can modify any template to include the information you require. You can enter your own data, or Cube can handle data entry for you for an additional fee.
CUSTOM: For fully custom itineraries, we’ll design a layout from the ground up to meet the specific needs of your tour. Every element can be tailored to your team and schedule, giving you complete flexibility in how information is presented.

How it Works
DATA INTAKE
• Submit a discovery form, outlining tour dates and core details.
• A Cube itinerary specialist will follow up to review the project and confirm the best package fit.
• With the ‘Standard’ package, itinerary data is entered by the client using our provided spreadsheet, covering daily details, hotels, travel, personnel, and vendors/offices.
SETUP
• We transfer your data into the itinerary layout.
• Once setup is complete, a proof is shared for review and revisions.
• The ‘Standard’ package includes two rounds of revisions.
• After final approval, we deliver a protected PDF and/or printed books.
