Single Game Media Credential Request Form

Please use this form to submit your credential request for the 2022 season. Approved applicants will receive access only to Rams home games that will take place at SoFi Stadium. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee automatic approval. The team's credential managers will review each request to evaluate the working function and subsequent access required. If you request field access, your job function must justify needing it and Rams leadership will approve. Please contact your Rams supervisor or gameday contact should you have questions on the status of your request.
