This form is for all NFL/CFL Scouts and Media requesting access to the 2022 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. All persons granted credentials will have to provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Status. Only persons who are fully vaccinated will be authorized to receive credentials. Approval messages will be sent via email to all persons with pick up information.
