SEASON LONG CREDENTIAL REQUEST

Welcome to the LSU 2023-2024 Basketball Season Long Credential Registration! Please fill out this form in its entirety.

This pass will be good for both Men's and Women's Basketball due to the crossover of games and practices. Each pass will provide access to all back of house areas. If you need premium area access please check the appropriate boxes below. There will be a separate request system for game by game passes for photo, media, TV and other working personnel.

If you do not have a photo, it is ok! We will insert a tiger head graphic in place of the photo. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed prior to approval. If you have any questions, please contact Drew Altavilla at daltav1@lsu.edu.

Credential Rules & Regulations

Credential must remain visible at all times;
Credential is non-transferable;
Credential is provided for the sole purpose of allowing access to the venue/specific area(s) for those with a working purpose or an authorized provider of game-related services (as employee or agent) in connection with LSU and the events, activities and interviews relating thereto (collectively hereafter the "event");
The Southeastern Conference, LSU or its designee may revoke the credential and/or the privileged granted hereunder for any reason in its sole discretion;
Spouses, children and/or guests will not be admitted without the proper credential - no escorting;
Unauthorized use of this credential or violation of its terms may subject bearer and/or assigner to ejection from the venue, revocation of the credential, denial of access in the future, prosecution for civil or criminal trespass and any other remedies available under the law;
The bearer of the credential and his or her employer or assigning organization: (i) assume all risk incident to the performance of services by the bearer, assume all risk incident to the bearer's attendance at the event and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the conferences, its member institutions and their respective affiliates, agents and employees from and against all liability, loss, damage or expense resulting from or arising out of the bearer's presence at the venue, howsoever caused, whether by negligence or otherwise; and (ii) grant permission to the institution and its designees to utilize without compensation the bearer's images, likeness and/or voice in any photograph or live or recorded video or audio display or other transmission or reproduction of the Event or in any excerpt thereof.
