Thank you for joining us for the 4th Annual Big Machine Music City Grand Prix! Use the below application to request your SAFETY Credential and Parking spot. Please fill out the following form in its entirety. You can fill this out individually or on behalf of any other members of your outlet.

By filling out this form you will be requesting a SAFETY credential for the 2024 BMMCGP.

All applications will be carefully reviewed by the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix and the applicable event sanctioning body (INDYCAR, INDY NXT and VINTAGE INDY) regarding broadcast (radio & television) licensing and agreements that will be in place for each event. All credential holders must agree to the event terms below.

Credential Pick Up Information

Credentials and parking passes can be picked up at the Credential Center at Nashville Superspeedway, off Bill France Blvd.

A government-issued Photo ID is required to retrieve credentials and members cannot retrieve another individual's credential.

• Thursday, Sept 12 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday, Sept 13 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Saturday, Sept 14 6:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Sunday, Sept 15 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
