Online game week requests will be cut off 48 hours prior to kick off. Requests beyond this point must be made via email to Jen Green (Jennifer.green@colorado.edu) and will not be guaranteed. Please make every effort to submit requests online in a timely fashion.

Note: If individual names of a group aren't known; submit request by enumerating each request (e.g Group X 1, Group X 2, ….)

Please make every effort to provide a photo for all season long credential requests. If, no image is provided 100 Seasons at Folsom will display (can you default that image in the form instead of the gray circle person image)?

Notice of Credential Use Conditions

All credential and zone requests are subject to approval. If for any reason a credential or zone you requested has been denied, you will be notified via email

Credentials are issued for official business only. Only those performing in a working or official capacity will be allowed in the areas designated on the front of this pass.

Credentials are Non-transferable. The University of Colorado reserves the right to revoke any credential used by an individual, not in compliance with University or Stadium policies.

Credentials will be worn in plain sight
