By submitting a credential request, the media outlet and its employees and representatives agree to adhere to all USA Gymnastics' policies, including but not limited to the Photo/TV/Video policy, Professional Journalism Policies, and Safety & Response Policy. Any violations of these policies may result in revocation of the event credential and denial of future requests. The media outlet is solely responsible for the conduct of its credential holding employees and/or representatives.

Submission of a credential request does not guarantee approval. Credentialing is solely at the discretion of USA Gymnastics, in accordance with the USA Gymnastics Media Credentialing Policy
