Travis Scott at Coachella 2025

As part of XX Global Inc's commitment to a safe and orderly work environment in connection with the concerts featuring Travis Scott at Coachella between April 6, 2025 and April 20, 2025, and all rehearsals and preparations for such concerts, XX Global Inc has implemented a number of safety rules and procedures. All personnel involved in the concerts, whether engaged directly or indirectly, must follow these rules and procedures:

• All personnel are responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed backstage or in any green room or restricted area. Personnel may not bring or allow any unauthorized individuals backstage or to any green room or restricted area.

• Personnel are responsible for their passes and credentials. Personnel may not share their passes or credentials with any other person. Personnel must report lost or stolen passes or credentials immediately.

• Personnel who obtain authorized passes or credentials for guests are responsible for their guests' use of such passes or credentials and for their guests' behavior. Personnel shall supervise their authorized guests and ensure they follow all applicable rules. Personnel shall be solely responsible for and shall hold XX Touring Inc and it's affiliates, owners, and agents harmless from any damage or claims of any kind, arising from their guests' actions.

• No members of the public will be admitted to the concert without a ticketed seat.

• This pass does not guaranty a position to view the show.

Failure to comply with the above rules and procedures shall result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination for cause.
